How can I purchase items?

All orders ship within 24 hours of ordering with guaranteed delivery within 7 business days. Average delivery time is 3-4 days.

If you choose the Pick Up option, you will receive an email when your order is ready,

within 24 hours and often the same day.

Pick up is on Burlington St in Dubuque Iowa (52001).

Preorder items will be ready for pickup or to be shipped by the date specified during the open preorder time.

Refunds and Cancellation

In the event that we sell edible products, there will be no refunds on these products. We only provide baked goods and preserved items seasonally that fall under the guidelines of the Cottage Foods Law.

To cancel an order that is to be shipped, immediately email birchandelmnaturals@gmail.com

and we will cancel shipping and refund payment. This must be done within 2 hours of ordering or your shipment may not be able to be cancelled.

If you purchase Birch and Elm Naturals products and within 30 days are for any reason not happy or satisfied with the product, please reach out to customer service at birchandelmnaturals@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Full money back guarantee is offered as long as products are returned. Customer is in charge of returning products including any shipping fees.

Wellness Coaching --Since the first wellness session is free of charge to allow you the chance to be sure our coaching techniques, strategies and one-on-one offerings are for you, we do not provide a refund if you decide later on you want to cancel your membership.

For digital products, send an email to the address provided above within 14 days of your purchase for a refund if you are not satisfied with the content of the digital download.
